Bangladesh Floods Emergency Appeal
Over 3 million people in Bangladesh have been severely affected by the ongoing flooding, with more than 1.6 million displaced from their homes
The death toll has risen to over 90, including at least 30 children. Many families remain stranded, facing a dire shortage of food and clean water. Villages in the Sylhet and Sunamganj districts have been particularly devastated, with entire communities submerged. Key infrastructure, including homes, hospitals, schools, power lines, water sources, and roads, has sustained extensive damage, further complicating relief efforts.
People are in urgent need of support. A delayed in assistance could be catastrophic, resulting in long-term increased suffering.
Al Mustafa Welfare Trust is on the ground providing life-saving aid to those most affected. We are providing emergency packs including food, tents, sleeping bags and items for babies and mothers. We are also carrying out medical camps, providing medical assistance to those affected and injured. Each camp will be helping 200 people.
Donate today to our Bangladesh Floods Emergency response so we can provide life-saving aid to those in need.
