Qurbani 2025: Serving Beyond Sacrifice

At Al Mustafa Welfare Trust, we understand that Qurbani, derived from Arabic word means sacrifice, holds a deeper meaning than just a physical act. It embodies the willingness and devotion exemplified by the Prophet Ibrahim in his unwavering obedience to the commands of Allah. We believe that Qurbani is not merely an annual ritual, but an opportunity to create lasting, positive change in communities that might otherwise be overlooked.

For every hair of the Qurbani you receive a reward from Allah (swt)

(Tirmidhi)

Last Eid al Adha, Al Mustafa Welfare Trust provided fresh and nutritious meat to 3.5 million people in need. Your support helped those who couldn't afford to celebrate with meat. This year, share the joy and blessings of Eid al-Adha 2025 with those less fortunate. Through your Qurbani donation 2025, you have the power to significantly impact the lives of those in need, embodying the true essence of "beyond sacrifice.".

Make a Global Impact: Al Mustafa offers Qurbani in 21 countries. Choose where your donation brings joy this Eid al Adha 2025. Donate Qurbani for just £30.

How Do We Deliver Your Online Qurbani?

You choose a country for your Qurbani donation, select one of our most needed funds and we will deliver accordingly.

  • Local staff will use your donation to purchase the animal locally and prepare the meat.
  • Our local staff who know their communities well will also identify families who really need the help.
  • Finally, the Qurbani meat is handed to a needy family.

Prophetic Qurbani

This year, let's revive a sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (ï·º) by sacrificing two shares for Qurbani 2025

To commemorate the sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (as), our Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) would offer two Qurbanis – one for himself, and one on behalf of someone from his ummah who could not afford to do it themselves.

At Al Mustafa Welfare Trust, we invite you to join us and revive this beautiful sunnah of prophetic Qurbani, making double the impact to those in need, and reaping double the rewards.

The additional Qurbani will mean that more impoverished communities will be able to enjoy Eid, and also that more people will reap the benefits of Qurbani because of you, and in turn giving you an even greater reward.

Blessed Gifts

For millions of people around the world, the Qurbani season lacks joy and happiness, as families struggle just to get by. You can give a blessed gift this Eid that will make a world of difference.

Make this Eid al-Adha to remember, and make a bigger difference to those in need. Give an Eid gift on this Qurbani 2025 that will uplift families and tackle poverty. Your gift will help ensure Eid is celebrated with the joy it should be, and that those living in poverty are not left behind.

You could give an Eid gift to an orphan; plant olive trees in Palestine to support Palestinian farmers, provide food to a family who would otherwise go hungry, or even provide clean and safe water for years to come.

These gifts will help give love, support, nourishment, hope, life and the chance for those in need to build their own sources of income

Sheep and goats which are at least one year in age (for one person’s Qurbani). Cows, buffalo or camels which are at least two years in age (for seven people’s Qurbani)

We provide fresh Qurbani meat in all countries as the animals are purchased and slaughtered locally.

AMWT eligibility criteria require beneficiaries of the Qurbani project to be selected based on need. When selecting beneficiaries for the distribution, priority is given to the following:

  • Families/individual living below the poverty line
  • Single-parent household
  • Households with disabled and/or elderly persons
  • Household with little or no access to the food markets

The quantity of meat is distributed to families based on the size of the family. Generally, a family of 1- 4 people will receive 4kg of meat, a family of 5-9 will get 6kg of meat and a family of more than 10 will receive 8kg.

Yes. You can give Qurbani online. You can participate in Qurbani Online 2024 by booking your Qurbani through Al Mustafa Welfare's website. We will deliver fresh and nutritious Qurbani meat to the most needed families.

You can make payments right up until the middle of the third day after Eid (13th of Dhul-Hijjah) before Zohar salah. AMWT has already purchased the animals to be slaughtered.

Our Qurbani sacrifices are performed every year between the morning of Eid, the 10th Dhul Hijjah, and the sunset of the 13th day of Dhul-Hijjah in the UK.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of Qurbani and the time restrictions related to it we are not able to provide each donor with individual feedback on their specific Qurbani.

We will however send you a receipt to confirm your Qurbani and a notification when all our Qurbanis have been completed.

If you have provided us with a name, our team will call the name out after the Dua at the time of the sacrifice. However, it is not necessary to give us a name as long as you have made the intention that you are giving this Qurbani on behalf of a certain person.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change the donation schedule for our ‘My ten days of Dhul Hijjah’ module, once it is set up by our donor.

Qurbani 2025 prices vary by region and share, starting from £30. See the table above for full details.
