46 food trucks to Dera Ghazi Khan for flood victims by Al Mustafa Welfare Trust
Shortage of food, malnutrition, inflation and medical assistance are now the biggest threat. It may raise the toll number of cases of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) reported during last two weeks according to Humanitarian Advisory Team (HAT) in Pakistan. As per United Nation’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs OCHA, 486,223 children aged 6 – 23 months, pregnant and lactating women are in need of special nutritious food.
Al- Mustafa welfare trust has sent 46 trucks of food to Dera Ghazi Khan division which will be distributed in different areas of Fazilpur, Kashmore, Hajipur, Kot Chutta and Rojhan. Al-Mustafa welfare trust is working day and night, tirelessly to help the people affected by the flood and trying to power the process more till these people safely return to their homes. Chairman Al-Mustafa welfare trust, Abdul Razaaq Sajid appeals Muslims to come forward and donate to help these people in this life-threatening time.
